THE CLINIC is a Chicago comedy group that performs both improv and sketch comedy developed from improvised material.
THE CLINIC can be seen all over Chicago and perform regularly at Extended Play on Sunday nights at 9:30 pm at the Playground. They will perform November 13, 20, and 27, 2011.
Although they met through classes at iO and the Annoyance, their experience comes from all over the US with experience from Second City Chicago, Second City Hollywood, the iO Chicago, Laugh out Loud, The Annoyance, The Brave New Workshop, as well as theatre degrees from a half dozen states with some fancy student loan payments still getting paid off. Their credits include company members of other local small comedy theatres, a faculty member of The Second City, the Artistic Director of EP Productions, former Faculty and Performers for ComedySportz, and can generally be seen in Chicago serving comedy everywhere they can.
